Software as a Service (SaaS) Management Tool for Paper Orders and Inventory

OAKLAND, CA - March 21, 2012 - Go2Paper (, a leading provider of e-business tools and services for the global paper industry, announced today consumer electronics retailers Best Buy Canada and Future Shop have selected Go2Paper's PaperManager ( to manage their paper orders. PaperManager allows retailers, catalogers, and magazine publishers to collaborate online with their paper suppliers and printers to more efficiently manage paper orders and inventory.

PaperManager, Software as a Service (SaaS) model, also known as Cloud Services, allows each user to access their paper orders online from any computer. It doesn't add any overhead to their current IT infrastructure and is easily updated with new features as the system is managed by Go2Paper on their secure servers. Each company in the supply chain is informed and updated with the paper order information. Paper buyers enter their paper orders into PaperManager, while the suppliers receive and confirm the orders. The service keeps track of paper shipped from the mill, received at the printer, actual consumption, and remaining inventory, which can be used for future print jobs. Plus, with complete XML capability, paper users can download their orders directly into their accounting systems.
