PrintMedia Manager offers an all-in-one spend management solution for print buyers. The SaaS portal allows print buyers to create and submit their print quote requests to suppliers and easily manage and organize the bids. They may also use a simple search tool to find other print suppliers from a database of over 2,000 printing plants and add them to their approved list. Once a bid is accepted, the buyer may submit a purchase order to the supplier and track the progress through the shipment and invoice.
